I cannot recommend Ben and his team enough, and I truly mean that. They go way above and way beyond the norm. We live abroad and rented out our flat through them for more than 20 years and it was always a relief knowing that Ben had everything in control and that we could trust him implicitly. Communication was quick and efficient, any situation was dealt with easily and without any stress on our part and I always felt that our tenants were also being treated with the same level of professionalism and care that we were, which made for a positive experience from both sides. Highly, highly recommended.

We have been using the Bath Property Shop for approximately 5 years and have been very satisfied with the very complete service we have received from Ben Tilling and his excellent team. We are resident abroad but Ben deals ,on our behalf, directly with our tenants ,keeping us informed each month of the finances and removing any problems, thankfully. BPS has a maintenance group to call upon, who always respond quickly to any necessary house repairs and garden maintenance etc.. We thourghly recomend BPS.

We found a great place to rent in Bath via Bath Property and were very happy there for over a year. If any minor diy problems arose, the company would soon send out one of their nice team to fix it. Any queries were efficiently answered by Ben or one of the office staff. It is nice as a tenant to know you are looked after and I am sure equally so for the landlord. Definately recommend! A big 'Thank you' to all the team.

We just moved into a wonderful house in Bath. It was so hard to find what we wanted, but Ben just did it! He was so helpful all the way and made everything so easy. And now that we're in, he's sorting out all the minor maintenance jobs here and there for us, the whole agency is really quite amazing and so nice to deal with, even for the little things - they always have time for you. I walk around my dream house and really can't recommend them enough :)

BPS have taken excellent care of my property for three years - with attention to detail, regular contact and sensitive handing of tenants. During the process of selling they have gone the extra mile to ensure that the moving out of tenants and the clearing of the flat were done in good time and in good order. Highly recommended.
